RootedMinds Youth CIC handles personal data responsibly and in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if given) and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jayangbola@rootedminds.co.uk.

Enquiries and service providers

Enquiries are stored securely using Supabase. We use Resend to send an email notification to our team. Please only include information needed to answer your enquiry, and avoid sending sensitive information about a young person through this form.

Website storage and security

We save your cookie-notice choice in your browser’s local storage. We use a hashed network identifier and short-lived request counters to limit spam and misuse. Expired counters are removed when new requests are processed. Our hosting and service providers may also process technical logs. Fonts and photographs load from Google Fonts and Unsplash, which receive the technical information needed to serve those files.
